Software engineering and development is just labor. This statement may make some engineers and "makers" angry, but it is the truth. It is just another job that a laborer trades hours for dollars for. There is some air of creativity needed to get silicon to handle some 0's & 1's, but for most projects including API development competent work can be easily outsourced. (Laptops are available in the most remote areas of the world.)

As a startup or established business how can I make efficient use of my money for technology?

Do I need a web developer, node developer - a react developer, a Word Press developer, a kernel developer, an automation engineer, DO I EVEN NEED TO HIRE OUT someone to build my site? DO I EVEN NEED A MOBILE APP? WHERE SHOULD I PUT MY DATA? HOW DO I KEEP MY DATA SAFE??????

You will have more and more questions the deeper you dive. Why not put someone on retainer for advice? Your web developer isn't going to know all the answers, just like your plumber isn't likely going to give you legal advice. You need a proper consulting business to point you in the right direction.

Is this like having a CTO in a bottle? This is better than that. When your CTO has a question have them ask us. It's always better to have someone a call or email away to walk with you and bounce ideas off of. This is a real consulting service. If you end up wanting us to build some hardware or code for you that's great, but the main purpose of this service is to point you in the right direction. Who you get to execute on your ideas is up to you.
